PROFESSIONAL LEARNING INITIATIVES

Professional Learning for Association Members

The core business of the Association is to provide professional learning to enhance competence and confidence, build leadership and increase member achievement, while providing the best in membership, legislative and legal services and support. These learning experiences are offered to all members in a variety of formats at a minimum or at no cost to participants.

The Association Learning Department offerings have expanded to help our members face the daunting challenges of today’s classrooms so that The Association can continue to become an increasingly better professional partner to all members. The Association’s initiatives will define for members across the country what is and what could be the role of core leaders in helping to shape the future of policy.

The Association Professional Learning program develops among all members high-level capabilities in enhancing and sustaining department engagement and transforming the associative culture.

How to get involved with Professional Learning

Members often ask about getting involved with The Association Professional Learning. Initiative participation is primarily based on where The Association has ongoing collaborative partnerships with committees or individual members. The Association strives to involve as many members from across the country as possible and we continue to create new networks.
